Forsure Mortgage Consultants is Directly Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority in respect of residential mortgages and non-investment insurance contracts, and our registration number is 301073. We hold a Professional Indemnity Insurance policy, which provides additional protection for our customers. We are a whole of Market Mortgage Broker, and we are not restricted to any lenders, we give advice and a recommendation based upon your needs and requirements.
We will complete a detailed fact find in relation to your personal circumstances, requirements and objectives, this information will enable us to give appropriate advice on a suitable mortgage product for you and your needs. We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs. You will be provided with a Key Facts Illustration (KFI), it is important you read this before proceeding with your application as this will aid your understanding of the commitment you are making.
We will treat all your personal information as private and confidential, except where your consent has been obtained in relation to arranging your mortgage. You have a right to access under the Data Protection Act 1998 to your personal records whether held manually or electronically. As we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, we may be required to allow them access to customer records. We understand that such information will only be sought for compliance activities and there will be no breaches of customer confidentiality.
